To the Idaho Cousins we Go. Mom knows the way to drive the Chevrolet...through the white and drifted snooooowwww. Whew!! 435 mi, 8hrs, four happy meals, three potty breaks, two gas stops and a lighted christmas tree( hanging from a crane in Boise!!) Dry roads til Twin Falls and now we are motelling it for the night. Still not there but only 2 or 3 hrs more tomorrow. Hope the roads open up. It was a good drive talked, laughed, cried, sang to sappy music full blast...kids did good...new christmas toys so they stayed busy. I am hoping to find some major r and r this trip and escape the home front.
I love my kids.
I love my extended family.
I love to visit them and let the kids play with their cousins.
I love to catch up with my sisters and sing at the piano in harmony.
I love to listen to the nieces and nephews sing and play there instruments!!! Violins, violas, piano, guitars, etc....so fun. Sadie loves to dance and sing too.
I love to watch old movies with them.
This will be a good trip, when we get there, I didn't drive all this way to party at the Best Western...the kids are going to get batty in this small square play pen of a room!
